List Your Facebook Business Page in Directories

Where can you list your Facebook Business Page to get more exposure, more fans, more Likes? ? Aside from general purpose directories and places like Linkedin, there are directories of Facebook pages where you can add your page. ?Sometimes it?s free and sometimes there is a fee.

We started the FB Business Pages Directory to enable small business owners and their clients to find Facebook business pages by business category and geography. ?We?d love to have you list your page there, for free. ?But there are other directories as well, and here?s a list.

We have not had much luck submitting free listings to these directories. ?It may be that you have to be a big brand or pay to get listed, despite what most say.

List your Facebook Business Page in Directories

• Facebook?s Facebook Page Directory. ?It?s page displays logos by general topics. ?Above see a screenshot of ?local businesses and places. ?There is no way to search by keyword. ?In my mind, it is virtually worthless. ?Facebook says your page is automatically listed there.
• The Page Finder ?an easy way to list of find Facebook Pages.? ?You can browse by category, keyword or geography. ?Sounds good, but in my experience, listings never load. ?Here?s a sample search. ?No listings would display. ?We have submitted our page ?but cannot find it by keyword or tag.

• Fan Page List ??The social media directory of official accounts of your favorite brands, celebrities, movies, TV shows and sports teams.? ?There are subcategories under main categories. ?For example, under brands are these categories: airlines,?automotive, colleges, cruise, dining, events, food/beverage, lodging, media, nonprofits, retail. ?We submitted our Facebook for Business page, but it was never approved.

• Like This FanPage.? ?Promote your Facebook fan page.? ?Listing categories are free, priority listing $15 one-time, and featured, $180 per year. ?We submitted a free listing twice, and it has never been approved.
